Why did you choose this?
Sur La Table Store
I saw this item used on "Martha Bakes" and thought it would be a fun tool to experiment with.

I wanted a croissant cutter because I have never made croissants before and want to try it. This should be interesting!
Dawn H on Nov 14, 2014
How do you (width and length) roll the dough out and use this to cut 6 croissants in one revolution? I only have experience manually cutting triangle shapes with a base of 4in. and length of 10in; one at a time, with dough rolled out to 28in x 10in.
Deb T on Nov 14, 2014
Best Answer: I suggest rolling out dough that's at least 1" longer & wide than the triangles. Make your dough 9 1/4" wide & at least 23 1/2" long.
