Amazing smoky flavor
Not like any other paprika I've ever had before, this paprika has a delicious smokiness and spicy flavor. I sprinkle it liberally on salmon, on chicken , and use it liven up boring spaghetti sauces. I had to buy the dulce for my 5 year who loved the flavor but couldn't stand the heat. Worth every penny.

Paella Perfect
This is the perfect ingredient for classic Paella. Recommend that you sprinkle a little over the finished pan as a garnish as well

Needed Spanish smoked paprika for a Mary Berry (lovely English cookbook writer) recipe for chicken with pesto and Taleggio. Apparently Spanish is the best for smoked paprika!
