Look for the sweet smoked paprika
I tried the sweet smoked paprika from this company in paella. it was excellent and really made a difference.

This paprika was used in a class I took at Sur la Table, so I gave it a try at home. It is SO delicious and adds a smoky, slightly sweet flavor to my Latin-inspired recipes.
