Grapeseed oil's light flavor, high level of polyunsaturated fat and high smoke point make this oil an excellent substitute for butter or canola oil. The oil is easy to use in cooking and will make burnt oil a thing of the past.

The nutty flavor works wonders in vinaigrettes and never overwhelms the other ingredients. The tin can protects and preserves freshness and flavor for the life of the oil. Made in Chile.

I mix the grape seed oil and olive oil together (50/50 blend) Something I learned at the Sur La Table cooking classes. The grape seed oil works well with higher temperatures and stabilizes the olive oil & prevents it from smoking

I typically use olive oil for everything - however, it's not right for my stove top grill plate. We used this grapeseed oil in a cooking class and now it's my go-to for pizza grilling!
