Love this spatula
I've only used this a couple of times, but love it so far. The shape, angle, thickness are great for pushing food around a frying pan. I expect this spatula to last a long time and get a lot of use

Must have
Wasn't sure it was worth the money but great buy. I used this a lot for baking and making soups. The flex as well as having the spoon piece has made this a good to kitchen tool.

Cool tool
Never heard of a spoonula, and now I find myself reaching for it more and more. Great way to scoop and scrape. And the classic Le Creuset colors too

Spoonula rocks!
These LC tools are a great value compared to other brands. High quality, stain resistant, sturdy wood. I have a collection of them and use them daily

This spatula may be pricey but it is well worth it. The beautiful (purple) silicone with the wooden handle is a great design that looks beautiful in any kitchen!

Saw it being used on Food Network show The Kitchen and I needed new spatulas. Liked the way they looked and the way I saw them perform.

What is the difference between the product ""Le Creuset Silicone Spatulas $12""

Size different? What is the heat resist temperature
A shopper on Jun 8, 2011
Best Answer: There are several differences between these utensils. The spatula is shorter and has a thinner handle. Also, the head of the jar scraper looks different than the spatula. To be more precise, the jar scraper head looks like the spatula head split directly down the middle. It is smaller because it is made specifically to scrape the inside of a jar and needs the abilitly to manuever in narrower places than the spatula. I hope this helps clarify

Does the handle detach from the spatula?

The site lists two different washing recommendations for the handle (hand wash) and the spatula (dishwasher safe). If you can't remove the handle from the spatula it's ridiculous to say that the silicon spatula is dishwasher safe. The whole thing has to be washed by hand if the handle can't be removed???
A shopper on Nov 6, 2013
Best Answer: Yes, you're exactly right that the top removes fairly easily. It's annoying to have to remove the top. And if you don't want to, then by all means handwash the whole thing
