EXCLUSIVE Developed just for Sur La Table in Pittsburgh, PA, by USA Pan, our commercial-quality sheet pan meets the highest standards for performance and durability. Each piece in this set is constructed with the same features found in the best pans in the industry.

Thick aluminized steel offers superior heat transfer, corrosion and rust resistance, and excellent durability. Each pan’s thickness is based on years of performance data to deliver perfectly even heat distribution and a lifetime of use. Steel wire is added to pan rims for extra strength and resistance to warping. Our Platinum bakeware is manufactured with 65% recycled steel.

Unique corrugated construction maximizes strength and impact resistance, and resists warping and denting that can occur with use. Textured surface allows airflow under baking food for beautifully even overall results and easy release every time.

In addition, our eco-friendly nonstick silicone coating is specifically formulated for baking and contains no PTFEs or PFOAs. The most advanced coating available, no other surface releases food and cleans up more easily.

Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent using a sponge or nylon pad. Rinse and pat dry thoroughly. Use only silicone, nylon or wooden tools. Do not cut in the pan or use sharp metal utensils. Do not heat beyond 450°F. Wash before first use. 13" x 18" x 1". Made in the USA.

This jellyroll pan is terrific - I've had a pair of them for about 6 months now, use them nearly every day and they still look like they did the day I bought them. They are truly non-stick and thick enough to not warp, even when I bake at 450+ for an hour at a time (oven fries are yummy!). I can't wait to get more pieces of the collection

The best sheet pan/jelly roll pan EVER!
I have owned this sheet pan for about 8 months and have NEVER seen anything like it. I use them for all my cookies etc and do not even have to wash it after use. All I do most of the time is wipe it with a paper towel or wet cloth. I have never had to use parchment paper while baking cookies with this pan either, which is the way I use to bake all my cookies. I cannot wait to purchase more of these and look forward to them going on sale. Thank you Sur la Table for the best cookie sheet ever. Tif

This is the best!
I use these baking sheets just about everyday. It is the best line i have ever owned. Absolutely nothing sticks to them and they are so easy to clean! When baking with them the rivets let air under the food to let everything cook evenly. Definately worth buying!

Best for Veggie Roasting
This pan helps me roast the BEST potatoes and other vegetables. The ridges on the pan make all the difference - letting air flow under your food. The results speak for themselves, perfectly browned vegetables.

Best Bakeware Ever
I've tried all the other brands from cheap to expensive. The SLT Platinum Pro is the best. You can feel the quality when you pick it up. It's heavy, sturdy, smooth, well finished and looks beautiful. For me, the acid test was to put it cold into a hot oven. It performed perfectly with no warping. I had used parchment paper at first but quickly gave that up; no need for it with this pan! I loved it so much I bought two of the quarter sheets. I use all of these pans so often, especially for roasting veggies which requires a hot oven, that I don't know what I ever did without them. 5 star

I've had this pan, and used it pretty regularly for about a year. The coating is nice--I don't remember the last time I had to grease a pan. I'm not sure if I would buy it again though, because they warp every time I use them in an oven hotter than 350. So far they always return to form, but I'm just waiting for the day they are permanently warped

My half-sheet pans have not worn well
I loved these pans at first, but they haven't worn well, even though I use a sponge designed for nonstick pans to clean them BY HAND, they have lost their coating and dark metal is starting to show through. I did use them a lot, because they are so useful, but they have to also be more durable.

I've bought several pieces in this series and absolutely loved them. So, i decided to buy the half sheet pan and after a couple of uses, there's dark spots. I'm not sure if the coating has peeled off . Not sure what went wrong. Didnt expect this

Does the fluted design( ridges in the pan) show through, for example, when baking cookies? Does it show through on the bottom of the cookie

Best Answer: I use this pan to bake cookies all the time and have yet to see the fluted edges show through. Those ribs are there so that your food will cook evenly throughout. It lets the heat and air get under the food while cooking the top. You will love these pans!

Difference between the half sheet pan and the jelly roll pan

What is the difference between the half sheet and the jelly roll pan? The dimensions are exactly the same.

Can I use a regular metal spatula on the Sur la Table Platinum Professional cookie sheets or do I need to use a plastic spatula to prevent scratching the nonstick surface?

How does this pan compare to Sur La Table's platinum profession and Chicago Metallic Anodized aluminum? The Platinum Professional one had mixed reviews. I'm looking for a pan that doesn't warp when heated at or greater than 350 degrees to make thin biscuit for roulades and buche de noel, so I can't afford warping and getting cakes with a thin end and a thick end. Thank you!

Best Answer: I am not familiar with the two pans you want a comparison of, but I just used this pan over the weekend and found it does warp when used at a high heat (it returns to normal after cooling). I love this pan for it's non-stick surface (first pan I've ever used that really is non-stick) and would highly recommend it, but in your situation it probably is not the pan for you.

Does anyone ever have problems with these fitting in their oven? My oven measures exactly 18"" front to back, so I am a bit concerned about ordering

Best Answer: I own the 14 x 18 Platinum Professional bake sheet. It's a pretty snug fit in my oven, but I can still manage to close the door without issues
