Developed just for Sur La Table in Pittsburgh, PA, by USA Pan, our commercial-quality professional bake sheet meets the highest standards for performance and durability. Each piece in this set is constructed with the same features found in the best pans in the industry.

Thick aluminized steel offers superior heat transfer, corrosion and rust resistance, and excellent durability. Each pan’s thickness is based on years of performance data to deliver perfectly even heat distribution and a lifetime of use. Steel wire is added to pan rims for extra strength and resistance to warping. Our Platinum bakeware is manufactured with 65% recycled steel.

Unique fluted design with corrugated construction maximizes strength and impact resistance, and resists warping and denting that can occur with use. Textured surface allows airflow under baking food for beautifully even overall results and easy release every time.

In addition, our eco-friendly nonstick silicone coating is specifically formulated for baking and contains no PTFEs or PFOAs. The most advanced coating available, no other surface releases food and cleans up more easily.

Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent using a sponge or nylon pad. Rinse and pat dry thoroughly. Use only silicone, nylon or wooden tools. Do not cut in the pan or use sharp metal utensils. Do not heat beyond 450°F. Wash before first use. Made in the USA.

Excellent baking results
I own 4 of the Platinum line pans in various sizes. The baking results that you get from the pans is excellent. The clean up is a breeze with the non stick silicone coating. Also, the coating is free of PTFEs and PFOAs (hazardous chemicals found in other non stick cookware and bakeware). The pans do not require foil or parchment paper. Another plus is they are made in the USA

Better than expected
This pan was great. We made five dozen chewy oatmeal cookies and not one of them stuck to the pans. The cookies cooked evenly and were nice and golden brown. The pans cooked faster than my old pans which took a little getting used to but overall a great purchase. Am going back this weekend to replace the rest of my bake ware with this line.

Truly Non-Stick
I've used a lot of baking sheets for a lot of reasons but this pan out performs any that I have used before. Nothing sticks to this pan. From traditional toll-house cookies to gooey, sticky coconut macaroons, everything slides right off

Bottoms burn - what to do?

I've had two of these pans for a while now and every recipe I've tried burns the bottoms extremely fast. The only way I can use these is by putting one sheet in at a time in the center of the oven. Other sheets I can rotate between top/bottom racks just fine. I saw one commenter say she had this problem too. Any advice?

Best Answer: Here's some advice from the USA Pan website:""Because USA Pan bakeware conducts heat efficiently, we recommend that you pay careful attention to oven temperatures and baking times the first few times you bake. Reduce time and temperature if necessary. We do not recommend exceeding baking temperatures of 450 degrees F."

For a fairly thin cookie like a sugar cookie, will the fluted design cause the cookies to have ripples

How to clean stained baking sheets? What non-stick/oil products can be ued on baking sheets?

Daughter used parchment paper on baking sheets - left a brown stain. What can I use to remove the stain and restore the sheets to new/near new condition?What cookin spays/oils - if any - can be used on the baking sheets

Best Answer: I suggest trying to remove the stain by using a combination of baking soda, white vinegar and very hot water. Let this solution soak for an extended period of time, then attempt to scrub it using a non abbrasive scrubber.I would highly suggest against using cooking sprays or oils of any kind, as they tend to bake onto nonstick cookware such as this and prove to be very difficult to remove
