EXCLUSIVE Developed just for Sur La Table in Pittsburgh, PA, by USA Pan, our commercial-quality jellyroll pan meets the highest standards for performance and durability. Each piece in this set is constructed with the same features found in the best pans in the industry.

Thick aluminized steel offers superior heat transfer, corrosion and rust resistance, and excellent durability. Each pan’s thickness is based on years of performance data to deliver perfectly even heat distribution and a lifetime of use. Steel wire is added to pan rims for extra strength and resistance to warping. Our Platinum bakeware is manufactured with 65% recycled steel.

Unique fluted design with corrugated construction maximizes strength and impact resistance, and resists warping and denting that can occur with use. Textured surface allows airflow under baking food for beautifully even overall results and easy release every time.

In addition, our eco-friendly nonstick silicone coating is specifically formulated for baking and contains no PTFEs or PFOAs. The most advanced coating available, no other surface releases food and cleans up more easily.

Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent using a sponge or nylon pad. Rinse and pat dry thoroughly. Use only silicone, nylon or wooden tools. Do not cut in the pan or use sharp metal utensils. Do not heat beyond 450°F. Wash before first use. 10" x 15" x 1". Made in the USA.

Great quality for baking
I was blown away by the sheet pan I got from the Platinum series. i baked a savory snack that had tons of cheese on it. Well, needless to say it melted all over the pan but the nonstick feature to this bad boy proved it self! made for easy clean up and even browness on my product spoke volumes. I would highly reccommend this to have the platinum series in your kitchen

"Perfectly even baking, versatile size."
ive gone through all sorts of brands, from the cheapies @ the baking isle at the market to the higher end brands that promise no warping. this one kicked their little tushes in more ways then one. i make butterscotch brownies in these quite often, never have to butter the pan prior to, comes out evenly baked throughout without drying. also made lemon bars, cookies, pizzas, cheese wedges (you know, for salads). it's like it's got a built in silpad. expensive, but worth your money. i'm acquiring one by one. <3 these in a big way

No buyer's remorse!
There is no way I could feel bad about buying this pan!! It doesn't warp, cleans easy, and still just as new as the first day I bought it. I threw all my other pans away and wouldn't buy anything else

My-Oh-My Jellyroll
For a small jellyroll pan, this platinum series pan from Sur La Table is perfect for baking and just about anything that must go in the oven

Best I've ever tried
I got tired of the cheap pans that spring out of shape in a 375F oven, so I bought a commercial quality pan from my local restaurant supply house and ordered one of these. Last night I needed to use them both to bake some Moroccan bread for a dinner party. Neither pan warped in the 405F oven but the Sur la Table pan not only didn't require being oiled I was able to clean it up in a matter of minutes. The other pan required a lot of scrubbing to removed what was apparently baked on olive oil. I won't be buying that kind again, only the Sur la Table Platinum Professional series. It is absolutely worth the price

The Best
Best pans ever--nothings sticks even without spray! Chicken parm, cheese, cookies....everything slides right off and cleans easily like new

is this jelly roll pan a true 10x15 inches on the inside, we bought a 10x15 pan made by usa pans but it was only 13.5x8.5 in. on the inside and it would not hold the batter that our old pan would that did indeed measure 15x10 in. on the inside ?

Best Answer: This pan is 13.5 x 8.5 on bottom inside, edges curve out a bit. I love these pans but use them as sheet pans/cookie sheets. I measured with measuring tape, it is same size and issue with your other pan for what you are using it for.

If the pan is slightly discolored from the grease/butter from garlic bread what can I use to clean it??

Best Answer: We have not had that happen to our Sur la Table pans so we can't make a suggestion. We have had it happen to other pans and I must admit, we just live with it!
