"Good idea, but poor quality"
I loved the idea of having indexed, color-coded cutting boards housed in a sleek silver upright case so I splurged and bought this. Although it looks great on my counter top, the quality of the plastic cutting boards is shockingly cheap and just plain awful. After only one use, the smooth plastic surface of the cutting board became unbelievably scratched up with each and every knife mark leaving unsightly indentations where bacteria could easily grow. Then the second time I used it, I chopped onions using one of those choppers where the blades rotate. I couldn't believe the marks it left! Now the green veggie cutting board is completely rough and bumpy to the touch after just 2 uses! This has never happened with any of my other inexpensive cutting boards from other places so I was obviously very disappointed with this $65 purchase! I've always been impressed with the high quality of the items from Sur la table, but this one is definitely substandard. I will be returning it for a cheaper, ""regular"" cutting board

"Great size, but pricey"
Really great idea with the upright storage of 4 color-coded boards including vented bottom for drying. Boards are not of the highest quality and show wear quickly. Like how easily they fit in dishwasher but a bit pricey overall.
