Description

Pressure cooking results in great-tasting meals cooked up to 70% faster and with less energy, retaining more vitamins and minerals than with conventional cooking methods.

The Duo family of pressure cookers has sleek ergonomic black handles for easier opening and closing. With two pressure settings, a low and a high, the Duo provides the flexibility to cook even the most delicate of dishes.

The Duo pressure cooker is constructed of 18/10 stainless steel and features an exclusive triple-valve safety system and safety lock on handle that prevents opening before all pressure is released. Two independent over-pressure release valves assure no excess pressure build-up.

Cooker works on all types of domestic stovetops including gas, electric, ceramic and induction. Its simple-to-use dial format makes it easy to regulate and release pressure; just select the automatic pressure release position to release pressure or the unlock position to remove for cleaning. Visual pressure indicator on handle shows when all pressure has been released from cooker.

Comes with a stainless-steel steamer basket with support trivet, an instruction manual, a cookbook with over 50 recipes, and a 10-year warranty. Pressure-cooker pot is dishwasher safe.

This product is beyond amazing!
I was skeptical about purchasing this product since I have never used a pressure cooker before. After flipping through Cooks Illustrated I saw that they recommended this product as Best Buy. Thanks for recommending this Cooks Illustrated!!!!! This product has exceeded expectations. Now I can finally cook meals in less time and have more time to spend with my husband :)

Does not pressurize
This worked a few times. But it regularly never builds up pressure. Tried all the suggestions I could find but none worked consistently. Makes for a nice pot but that is about all.
