Features Hide

A whisk this size comes in handy for beating a single egg or stirring a small pan of sauce. Measuring 8-1/4 inches in length and made completely of polished 18/10 stainless steel, the whisk features a halo of mini-balls surrounding one larger ball, all of which move independently on flexible wires. A loop on the end of the cylindrical handle allows the whisk to be hung where it’s convenient. Moreover, the whisk is dishwasher-safe.

Ah-Mazing!
I was given this whisk for Christmas one year. I threw away my other whisks and I will never use another kind. Expensive but worth it!

Does a Good Job
I was put off by the small size of this whisk. If you have large hands it's probably not a good choice for you.The handle may also be too thin for larger hands. But I do have small hands so it's worked out well for me. It's surprisingly heavier than it looks, but not cumbersome.

I've only used it on eggs and I found it made short work of scrambling them.

Some delicate sauces need a gentle touch while keeping the bottom of the pan free from sticky bits.

Trial item ... really wanted the one with silicone balls. Will see if this one scratches my pans.

I'd like to get into the corners of the pans better. I've looked at other sites that had many reviews of this item and it's been very well received for looser mixtures, eggs, gravies, but not for thicker batters.

Geekbeat recommendation states the ball whisk works best for stirring up marinades, etc.

I scald milk and I need a whisk that reaches into the edge of my pans since the milk tends to burn there and I don't enjoy having to scrub the pan.

Does this item have a covering on the balls on the end that is of a rubber like substance ?
A shopper on Dec 14, 2014
BEST ANSWER: The one I bought does not, but that was my choice as I have all stainless steel pots. There
is a plastic-type available for non stick pots.
Very happy with the "ball design" as it's easy to
clean and reaches all areas of the pot ( corners)
Very happy with it!
Is the top of the handle covered with silicone or epoxy to prevent rusting?
A shopper on Aug 24, 2014
BEST ANSWER: No, the top of the handles isn't covered in silicone or epoxy.
