Love these!
I have had three of these for many years and absolutely love them. I mostly use them for cookies and muffins. Everything comes out cleanly and evenly. They are tools any baker should have in their kitchen.

The Best Scoops Ever!!
These high quality scoops are the best!! They're perfect for measuring cupcake batter and cookie dough. The cookie dough doesn't get stuck in the scoop even when it's cold and firm, you get the perfect size every time. Once you use these scoops you'll be hooked too and they're dishwasher safe, what could be better :

Great Scoops
I love these scoops and have them in three different sizes. Although, I don't actually use them for ice cream. I use these to scoop the perfect amount of muffin/cupcake batter in to my tins, scoop out cookies, etc. They are a wonderful purchase and I recommend anyone who bakes a lot to buy these as they will make your life easier

Perfect!
I bought the smallest of these for cookies, and it's fantastic. I've also used it for mini muffins, and it was perfect as far as actually clearing the entire scoop of batter and the mechanism is sturdier and smoother to use than any others I tested, including Oxo.

How do I convert the size listed to the US standard size of tablespoon to cup?

These are the best scoops ever!! Please list each scoop with the US standard size ie. 1.18=1 tbsp, etc. This would be really helpful. Thank you so much for your assistance

When using them to portion out cupcakes, what size should I use
A shopper on Apr 21, 2011
Best Answer: A Standard muffin cup is about 2 1/2 inches in diameter and holds 1/4 to 1/3 cup batter.A Giant or Texas-size muffin cup is about 3 _ inches in diameter and holds 5/8 cup batter.A Miniature muffin cup is about 1 1/2 to 2 inches in diameter and holds 1/8 cup or 2 tablespoons batter. The best scoop for you to get in order to fill these muffin or cupcake tins would be the 4 TBSP one which holds about 1/4 cup and the 5.25 TBSP 1/3 cup of batter. If you are going to be making miniature muffins or cupcakes I would go with the 2 TBSP scoop which would be approximately 1/8 cup

Oz to tablespoons

Can you do a similar conversion for oz to tablespoons? I see the one that shows inches to tablespoons, but the measurements don't seem to match up with what I would expect. I'm wondering if the sizes changed or if I'm using the wrong conversion

Okay... the conversions below are not up to date i think. The scoops are now labeled by oz. Can you tell me which one is best for muffin tins and which on is best for cookies according to the oz size they are sold in? Thank you
L G on Jul 16, 2015
Best Answer: I ordered the following:

Stainless Steel Spring-Loaded Scoop, 2¾ oz.
Stainless Steel Spring-Loaded Scoop, 1¾ oz.

I use the small one for cookies (1.75 oz) and the larger one for muffins. Seems that they changed the sizes. So if you want one for muffins - i would suggest the 3.25.

BTW- I LOVE LOVE LOVE these scoopers.

What is most common size for ice cream scoop?
maria c on Jul 22, 2015
Best Answer: The 2.75 ounce or 3.25 ounce can be used as ice cream scoops but I would not recommend it. They are quite large and require a lot of force to use on hard ice cream. Use a one piece scoop they use in ice cream shops. These scoops are best used food measurement, such as baking and serving. I love them and use them all the time. I hope this helps you.
