I saw a recommendation for this olive oil by Cooks Illustrated/American Test Kitchens, so had to try it. I'm so glad I did. I really like it...it has kind of a ""fruity"" taste, but I have been using it for everything. I had been using the same olive oil for years (I don't venture out much!), so it was fun to try something new. I will buy this again...a good product at a good value.
