I am planning on surprising my other half for Valentines Day. He has said numerous times that he misses the brioche he always ate in France. I am going to attempt to make one for him and hope it is as good as the ones he used to eat living there. I wanted the authentic pan and read that this one is the best. Wish me luck. ;-)
