The qaulity is the best
I have been buying a piece at a time. They are expensive, but worth it & made in the USA! It consistently performs well, cleans easy & the handle stays cool. This size saucepan is used all the time in my house. I hand wash mine, just like I do my quality knives, My All Clad will outlast me

Use the 4 quart ALL THE TIME
I love All-Clad Stainless. Originally when I purchased this I thought it was too large, but I found I use it often. Makes fabulous popcorn!

Love it!
I am slowly switching all my cookware to All Clad. Love the quality and even heating. This is a great size pan - I use it a lot. Used to have non-stick cookware, but think that stainless steel is much better, and I haven't had any problems with food sticking to the pan.

Excellent quality
I am slowly replacing my stainless-steel cookware with All Clad. I have the 1, 1.5, 2, 3, and 4 quart saucepans along with the 3 qt. sauté pan and the 10- and 12-inch fry pans with lids. They work perfectly.

One of my most used pots. Adding another pot to my set. Love my All Clad!
Linda C on Jun 27, 2016
Pasta - I love, love, love pasta but the traditional pasta pots are too large to be practical for a small family. The 3 quart pan will do nicely. I'm replacing my non-stick Calphalon pans, and older inexpensive non-stick cookware with All-Clad stainless. After surviving cancer last year, I'm choosing clean foods and safer cookware to prepare it in. All-Clad was recommended as the best for this goal.

The dimensions of the 2 Qt Saucepan?

Please: the depth and diameter of the 2 Qt version?
A shopper on Nov 7, 2013
BEST ANSWER: This saucepan has a 6" diameter and a 7" depth.
Is this compatible with induction burner?
A shopper on Aug 28, 2011
BEST ANSWER: All-Clad saucepans have stainless-steel outer layers, 18/10 stainless-steel cooking surfaces, aluminum cores and stainless-steel stay-cool handles and rivets. This pan is induction compatible with a lifetime guarantee. Made in the USA
What are the diameters of each size of these saucepans? I am looking for three different size saucepans (ideally 2 quart, 3 quart and four quart) that fit inside each other.
Beatrice S on Sep 13, 2015
BEST ANSWER: The 1 & 2 quart saucepans are the exact same size around but 2 quart is taller. The 3 & 4 quart saucepans are also the same size around but the 4 quart is taller. So you can fit the 1 & 2 quart saucepans into the 3 or 4 quart. So they do not all inside each other. However, for me it is worth having it not quite so neat because I love to cook and these saucepans have been amazing in every way. They are professional level so I work out a way to fit them all under my counter and it does work. The quality is worth the inconvenience of them not all fitting inside each other.
What are the dimensions of the 3 qt sauce pan, including the handle length?
Maureen on Mar 20, 2015
BEST ANSWER: The diameter is about 8". The height is 4.25". The handle is about 8.75".
I am looking for an ALL Clad 3qt saucepan with a compatible double boiler insert

I can find the saucepan but I can never find the double boiler inserf
A shopper on Nov 10, 2011
BEST ANSWER: Whether you’re melting chocolate or making delicate sauces, a double boiler is a must-have. This universal insert fits perfectly in your All-Clad saucepan to deliver the gentle heat needed to prevent scorching.

18/10 stainless steel will not react with food and insert is dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. Fits All-Clad 3QT, 3½QT, and 4QT saucepans or casseroles. Lifetime warranty. Made in the USA.
Double checking dimensions of 2-Qt. pot?

rim diameter, height (pot depth) and handle length of 2-Qt
A shopper on Jan 4, 2014
BEST ANSWER: This saucepan has a diameter of 6"", a depth of 4 1/2"" and a 6 1/2"" long handle
Non-stick coating on all pans or coating changed on non-stick pans?

The description here for the 20th anniversary changes is confusing. Do all the stainless steel line pots have the PFOA free dishwasher safe non-stick coating or does it mean that the non-stick stainless steel pans now have PFOA free dishwasher safe coatings? I am looking for a stainless steel pot without any coatings...
A shopper on Mar 3, 2013
BEST ANSWER: This refers to the nonstick line being PFOA free and dishwasher safe. The stainless steel line is not coated with anything and is completely dishwasher safe.
warranty?
A shopper on Oct 11, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Warranty: Limited lifetime warranty
I'm looking for stainless steel cookware without any aluminium. I hear that aluminium is not safe. I don't want the encapsulated stainless steel cookware with aluminium core. I'm afraid of aluminium leaching into my food. Do you have any stainless steel cookware without aluminium core?
A shopper on Sep 21, 2015
BEST ANSWER: First, as a chemist, I can tell truthfully that the aluminum won't leak through the stainless steel. Second, most stainless steel cookware uses aluminum — either on the bottom or as a core — to transfer heat quickly to the cooking surface. Third, aluminum is safe. People have been using aluminum cookware for a long, long time with no adverse effects on their health.
What is the model number on these sauce pans?
A shopper on Nov 2, 2015
BEST ANSWER: The 1qt is 4201, the 1.5qt is 4201.5, the 2qt is 4202, the 3qt is 4203, the 3.5qt is 4203.5 and the 4qt is 4204.
What are the differences in dimensions between the 3-quart saucepan and the 3-quart saucepan w/ loop? (Not counting the handles--just the heights and diameters of the pans.)
Sindhu on Dec 29, 2014
BEST ANSWER: The extra handle is the only difference. The dimensions are the same.
what are the dimensions of the 4 quart saucepan? height and diameter?
jacqueline f on Dec 26, 2014
BEST ANSWER: • 8 1/4" Dia. (16 3/4" w/handle) x 5"H (6 3/4" w/lid)
• Base: 7 1/4" Dia.
• Weight: 4-lb.
