Outstanding Product!!
I can't say anything bad about All Clad products since that is all my wife and I cook with. A bit pricy but well worth the investment. We bought the 14" All Clad non stick to match our other skillets 8",10",12". You wont be sorry this is a beautiful pan and will last a lifetime if taken care of.

Is this dishwasher safe? The description says it cleans up easily in dishwasher but the care says handwash?
Julie S on Sep 14, 2014
Best Answer: The description regarding the dishwasher is incorrect & will need to be removed. AllClad nonstick needs to be hand washed.

Is the exterior of this pan brushed or shiny?
dawn h on Apr 15, 2015
Best Answer: The one I bought was shiny, to match the rest of my all-clad. It's about $30-$40 less expensive than the same pan with brushed steel.

What is the depth of the 12-inch skillet?
William P on Jul 4, 2015
Best Answer: Dunno. I bought the 14" skillet and I estimate it at about 2-1/4" to 2-1/2" deep. I love it!

What is not includes in the limited warranty?
A shopper on Feb 9, 2015
Best Answer: I'm not sure I understand the question. I know from experience that a warranty on a non-stick skillet does not include damage caused by using it in the oven at high temperatures or broiling. I will say that my 14" All-Clad skillet is my favorite, go-to pan. I can sautee an entire pound of greens, cook many burgers or sear a piece of beef or fish, create curries and ragùs - just about anything. I love it.

Will this pan remain completely flat on its bottom outer surface, providing 100% contact with a flat cook top stove

Most skillets tend to bow in the center over time and then do not cook evenly. I call them ""spin skillets""
A shopper on Apr 6, 2014
Best Answer: As these skillets have the same thickness throughout the pan, I would say over time, that is a possibility. I suggest looing into Demeyere cookware. ""The superior base stability of Industry5 cookware guarantees the bottom of the pan remains almost perfectly flat when heated, even to higher temperatures."
