Can't live without this pan
If I had only one pan in my arsenal I would pick this first every time! It is my go to pan for everything, especially pasta sauce and saut? and stir fry. Every new wedding gift I give is this pan, it is the most versatile pan in my kitchen. I have a steam rack in this pan, it is big enough for steaming lobsters, it is big enough to toss a mountain of pasta into the sauce you just reduced, it blows every other pan I own away. I grab it first, and I cook a lot! The lid is perfect to recycle moisture, and it can do small sautes or large. The flat center is perfect when saut?ing onions and garlic, then you can push them up the sides. It has no hotspots, fast heating and a breeze to clean. It is very easy to do reductions of sauce in the shape of this pan. MY NUMBER ONE PAN, sorry to the rest
