To make this product yourself would take days.Great amounts of gas or electricity, a great deal of work, gathering of ingredients and on and on.
IT IS MARVELOUS. WORTH EVERY PENNY.

BEST ANSWER: Hi Lori,
Ingredients are chicken stock, carrots, celery. onion, white wine, chicken fat, modified food starch. No lactose, nuts or soy, but there may be gluten (modified food starch).
