I LOVE this nutcracker!
This is the coolest nutcracker I have ever seen! It crushes the shell without destroying the nuts, and my kids think it's one of the most fun ""toys"" in the kitchen. It even looks cool sitting out on the counter during our parties - I may have to buy another for during the holidays

Can this nut cracker break the shells of hazelnuts, and especially Brazil nuts?
Alfredo on Jul 18, 2015
Best Answer: I purchased this nut cracker for hazelnuts and it worked like a dream. I have rheumatoid arthritis and could only crack a few nuts with the old fashion kind of nut cracker and was worried I would not be able to crack all the nuts needed for roasting. I was so pleased after receiving this nut cracker that I was able to crack 20 plus pound of nuts in three days. Highly recommend. Did not crack any brazil nuts only haselnuts.
