Sur La Table Wood Chip Sampler
Apple is great for pork and poultry. We recommend hickory with lamb and poultry. Mesquite is wonderful with beef and game. To use, simply place two or three handfuls of chips in a bowl filled with water, wine, beer, fruit juice or any other liquid of your choice.
After 30 minutes of soaking, drain the chips and place them in a wood chip smoke tray. As the wet chips begin to smoke, they will lend your grilled food rich, complex and smoky flavors. For use on both gas and charcoal grills. Dispose after use. Each bag is 5½" h x 4" l x 2¼" w; ½ cubic inches. Made in the USA.
