Our innovative new rack lets you easily prep and roast chilis for quick and delicious appetizers. Cut tops off of jalapeños and remove seeds, fill with stuffing, and place upright in rack. Then simply grill over indirect heat with lid closed for 25-30 minutes or until peppers are soft and filing has melted. Can also be used in the oven on a baking sheet.
