Coeur a la Creme Moulds
I bought the small 3 1/2 inch molds and found them to be very well made, with smooth glazing and no lumps or bumps. As they were on sale, they were good value and I liked them so much I ordered another set for my daughter. I have not used them yet, but foresee no problems

I love coeur a la creme, I have one mold but my favorite recipe makes more than will fit in it. I wanted to use that recipe so another mold was in order.

makes delicious, SIMPLE dessert to go with fruit (Suggest SLT include French recipe with item so newcomers see how easy and light-tasting coeur de crème is.)

Will the 7"" coeur a la creme mold hold 3 cups

also, do the 3"" molds each hold 1/2 cup?I may decide to get 6 of these these instead. Thanks very much!Denis

Best Answer: The 7"" mold holds 20 oz (about 2 1/2 cups) and the 3"" mold holds 4 oz (about 2 cups). Please keep in mind that I hade to take these measurements using dry ingredients so my measurements may be slightly off
