Coeur a la Creme Moulds
I bought the small 3 1/2 inch molds and found them to be very well made, with smooth glazing and no lumps or bumps. As they were on sale, they were good value and I liked them so much I ordered another set for my daughter. I have not used them yet, but foresee no problems

Best Answer: The 7"" mold holds 20 oz (about 2 1/2 cups) and the 3"" mold holds 4 oz (about 2 cups). Please keep in mind that I hade to take these measurements using dry ingredients so my measurements may be slightly off
