You will not look back
This espresso machine is EXCELLENT! I did a lot of research before purchasing mine (I researched daily for about 2 weeks). This is the only machine that gets 4.5 out of 5 star ratings on many sites. It is easy to use, sturdy quality and looks good. Most of all if used correctly with good fine ground beans it produces a coffee to die for.
I do not call myself a coffee connoisseur but the fun of having this machine has perked my interest in it all.
I honestly can not recommend this machine highly enough if you are in the market for a higher end consumer machine (note that this normally retails for $499!)

Working out very well!!
I have been using this machine for about two months now and it's working out very well. I researched all the gaggia products in this category and this fit the bill as far as price and features for me. This is my first Gaggia product. My family has had Gaggia machines for years so I know there is quality and durability there. I can't think of anything negative to say. Some tips: be careful of the little pin that goes in the portafilter, it's very small and I almost lost it a few times, try to take advantage of the free shipping from Sur La Table if it's available

I am from europe , in restaurants and bars Gaggia is one of more used espresso machine, there are the best ,so i decide to buy this one for myself,it is the worst espresso machine ever , i just sold it in a garage sale for 45$ , and was glad to get rid of it.I bought a Nespresso machine for a fraction of the price , it is wonderful , i would not recommend the Gaggia baby class to anybody

I know you didn't ask this, but I highly recommend this model! Takes a little practice to master it, but it is definitely worth the effort and the price.
