Can not go back to regular flour
I made the most flakiest and tender pie crust with this flour. Cookies, Cakes, Scones and nice textures to them. In some recipes I used half pastry flour and half regular unbleached flour. Gives cakes a nice crumb.

Good price for pastry flour and a must when making certain recipes. This flour is great for pies, tarts, cakes and cookies.
