Inspired by classic beer-can chicken recipes, two central cylinders are filled with beer, wine or a favorite marinade. The poultry, cooked upright, marinates from inside, remaining tender and absorbing rich flavor as the skin roasts to crispy perfection.
Remove the cylinders and you have an adjustable grid perfect for grilling cubed meat, prawns, vegetables and other small items without their slipping through into the flames. Dishwasher-safe stainless steel. 20" x 12" x 2" expanded; 13½" x 11½" collapsed.
