"Cute, Sharp, and the Covers are nice"
I love the knives, they are nice and cute, very sharp out of the box, but I was surprised that the design is only on one side of the knife...I expected it to be on both sides, not sure why, it might even had said in the description, but I was disappointed with that. Anyway, they are a GREAT bargain! thanks SurLaTable

How long do these knives stay sharp?

And how do you sharpen them? Can you use a straightening steel on them?

You can use a honing steel with these and a small pull thru sharpener works wonderfully as well. I have selected a couple for you in my product recommendations
