Does not work
I bought this product as I like to make my own egg noodles for chicken soup. This product failed to cut through the rolled out noodle sheet and came apart when more pressure was placed on the unit. I attempted to make the noodle dough softer but the noodles then stuck to the product. I ended up using a pizza cutter to cut my noodles.

I have wanted a similar item like this for a while. The price was right I hope it performs as well as a metal counterpart.

I make pasta on a regular basis and do not want to keep adding the large dies to my Marcato pasta machine set up. This will allow me top customize my noodle size based on use.

i'm sure this will be a timesaver and also result in neater lines/uniformity for my dough for crackers, pastries/cookies, pierogi/ravioli. I'm hoping it will even cut thu filo, tortilla chip, & flatbread dough. couldn't resist it for this price!
