Versatile rib and roast rack is perfect for grilling large cuts of meat and roasts, whole chickens or even a turkey, or flip over and use to cook ribs upright on the grill. Rack lets air circulate freely for even cooking, and keeps your food from sticking to the grill. BPA-free.

Multi feartures + practical design
I purchased both the R?sle rib rack and fish rack for BBQ use. Both are well made of 18/10 stainless steel.

We had a few over for dinner and decided on grilling 6 large trout. I set the grill on medium heat, oiled the rib rack, added lemon slices, seasoning, and herbs to each trout, and cooked them whole, upside down. The end wings of the rack make it easy to carry to entire load to the grill. Each of the lemon-stuffed trout fit well into the rib slots, upside down, without falling over. The results were fantastic !

We will probably use this rack more this way now with summer starting, than cooking roasts or ribs. Nothing burns or chars as it did before directly on the grill.

Brush it with a little soap, and just put in the top of the dishwasher. It is that simple to clean.

This is an excellent, well made design with multiple uses, and great results
