Exceeded Expectations
I was given this as a gift, and seriously doubted it would work, but it's amazing! 3 minutes in the microwave and you have a chip with very similar texture as bagged baked chips. I use an olive oil sprayer with some sprinkles of spice to give it a little something. Great for people who are trying to be healthier, but who love snacking on chips. I've used both Yukon Gold and Sweet Potatoes. Look forward to trying it with vegetables. I only took a point off for quality, as I think the mandoline that comes with it will have to be replaced at some point, but I plan on using the Kyocera hand mandoline anyway

Crispy healthy chips
I made my first batch of chips and needed to double the time in the microwave to 6 minutes (1 tray) for more crispy and golden chips. Removing the excess moisture after slicing by placing the potato slices in-between paper towels also helped remove the moisture and added to the crispness. I use 2 trays at a time elevated in my microwave (using my microwave's raised racks) so I can have more to eat. The mandoline provided is not extremely sharp (o.k if that's all you have at home) so you have to be very careful when slicing becaue it requires some extra grasp. I use my 1mm Cuisinart blade to hand slice (be careful) and it's much more precise and faster. This product is great and I'm going to reorder 8 more for gifts!

Can we order extra trays?

You said we could stack them and cook several trays at one time. Do we have to order the mandolin with them all, or do you sell the trays separately
