kitchen staple
This pan provides all the traditional virtues of cast iron frying in an elegant and functional package. The pan did not show any tendency to stick even when new out of the box, and with use has become non-stick in effect, requiring very little oil. So far clean up has been only with a paper towel on the cooking surface with an occasional splash of tap water. The exterior has the depth of finish of a fine pottery glaze and has required some detergent and gentle scrubbing, but at six months it still has its new car shine as it makes its appearance for the next round of frying

Works as great as it looks!
Perfect size for larger pieces of meat or multiple servings. The grenadine color is spectacular. The handle is comfy, the helper handle makes it easier to move around or take to the sink, and the pour spouts make it easy to pour off any fat or juices to ensure a good hard sear. Great addition to any kitchen
