I finally bought the Rosle garlic press after I broke two others. It's not even necessary to peel the garlic before crushing. The best part about this press is that it opens up so that it can be easily cleaned...I even run it through the dishwasher with no problem. Great gift
This is the best and last garlic press I will own! It's the highest quality stainless steel, super easy to work and even easier to clean. You don't have to peel the garlic to use, just cut off the hard end and you're ready to go. The press opens up completely so you can clean out in a jiff and it's dishwasher safe too! I've had mine for almost 5 years now and use it weekly. Rosle tools are meant to last a lifetime, and I can see why
I am cynical, so when I read that you didn't even have to peel the garlic I'm sure I rolled my eyes. Oh my word!! This press is all what it says it is!! No more broken presses (two in the last six months) and no more little garlic skins floating around the kitchen! The garlic actually shoots out and all that's left to clean out is the skin. Best EVER!!!! I'll never own another
I am a garlic lover. I have owned just about every type of garlic press before this one. This is my absolute favorite. No need to peel the garlic. Just pop in the clove, press and presto - you are done. In my opinion, it works better than other similar presses available. It is simple to clean - I do not put this in the dishwasher just because it is simple to hand wash (and like good cutlery, I don't trust the dishwasher not to cause damage). I was skeptical because of the cost - but it is well worth the money. I have now given two as gifts for other garlic lovers

This garlic press is very easy to use and suprisingly easy to clean by hand or in the dish washer. It is ergonomic and does not require a lot of force. The garlic comes out perfect small shreds, even finer than in jars at the store. I am so happy that I received this at my bridal shower

No because it has no prongs! It's hard to explain how it works but it is simply the best garlic press that I have ever owned. It is extremely effective, strong & easy to clean. The very thin layer of leftover garlic pulp peels off easily under running water.
