Peach-Mint Lemonade

Serves: For 3 gallon beverage jar

  • 6 cups sugar
  • 8 cups water
  • 2 cups fresh mint leaves
  • 6 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (40–45 lemons)
  • 6–8 peaches, peeled and quartered
  • 14 cups water
  • Mint to garnish

Give your lemonade a pretty pink twist with the refreshing flavor of mint and a sweet serving of peaches.

Combine sugar, 4 cups water and mint in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook until sugar is dissolved and mixture is clear and slightly thick. Remove from heat, strain out mint leaves and cool completely. Purée the peaches with 2 cups of simple syrup mixture. Add lemon juice and remaining water. Mix well, serve in tall glasses filled with ice and garnish with mint sprigs.
