Old Bay Popovers

Serves: Makes 12—14 popovers

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 eggs, cracked and whisked
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons salt

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

Warm a nonstick muffin pan in the oven for 15 minutes.

While the pan warms, use a batter whisk to mix the flour, milk, melted butter, eggs, Old Bay seasoning and salt in a bowl until smooth.

Pour the batter into the hot muffin molds, evenly divided. Bake 35—40 minutes, until the popovers look crispy and golden.
