Serves: Makes 12—14 popovers
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 eggs, cracked and whisked
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tablespoons salt
Procedures:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Warm a nonstick muffin pan in the oven for 15 minutes.
While the pan warms, use a batter whisk to mix the flour, milk, melted butter, eggs, Old Bay seasoning and salt in a bowl until smooth.
Pour the batter into the hot muffin molds, evenly divided. Bake 35—40 minutes, until the popovers look crispy and golden.
