Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- ½ stick of butter, melted and cool
- 2 cups of buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon canola oil spray
Procedures:
Preheat oven to 450°F. Lightly spray a waffle-dipper pan with canola oil.
In a bowl, whisk the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, melted butter and buttermilk. Slowly whisk the wet mixture into the flour mixture.
Pour the batter into a batter squeezer, and squeeze the batter into the waffle molds, filling two-thirds to the top. Bake for 10 minutes.
With a spatula, remove the waffles from the pan and serve immediately.
