All Green Smoothie

Serves: Makes 3¼ cups


  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • 1¾ cup green grapes
  • ¼ ripe Bartlett pear, seeded and halved
  • ½ avocado, pitted and peeled
  • ¼ cup coarsely chopped broccoli
  • ½ cup spinach
  • ¼ cup ice cubes


Go green all the way with this sweet, delicious combination of fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens.

Place all ingredients into the Vitamix® in the order listed and secure lid. Select Variable 1. Turn on machine and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High. Blend for 35 to 40 seconds or until mixture is smooth.
