- 3 chicken breast tenderloins
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. white wine
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 clove of garlic, minced (optional)
Procedures:For use with the Lékué Steam Case
Put the chicken breast tenderloins onto wooden skewers, season with salt and pepper and place lengthwise in the Lékué Steam Case.
Add the white wine, close the lids and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes at 800 watts. Adjust cooking time as needed to ensure chicken is fully cooked.
While the chicken is cooking, mix the sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and garlic, if using, in a bowl.
Add to the steam case and cook again for one more minute.
Remove from the microwave, serve with rice and enjoy.
