Serves: Makes 1 to 2 servings
- 2 small trout
- ¼ cup bacon
- ½ onion
- 1 green pepper
- salt and pepper
Procedures:For use with the Lékué Steam Case.
Cooking time: 45 minutes
Filet and debone trout and place in tray.
Finely chop the onion and bacon and spread over fish. Season with salt and pepper.
Place in a preheated oven at 400° F for 45 minutes.
Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with basil leaves and serve immediately.
