Serves: Yields 1 to 2 servings
- 2 6-oz. salmon fillets
- ½ cup chopped white onion
- 2 strips bacon, chopped (optional)
- ½ cup water
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Procedures:For use with large Lékué Steam Case.
Pour the water into the bottom of the Lékué Steam Case. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
Place the rest of the ingredients into the steam case, close the lids, and cook in the microwave for 6– 7 minutes (depending on how you prefer your salmon) at 800 watts.
Remove the case from the microwave and enjoy.
