- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- ½ apple and ½ pear
- Powdered sugar
Procedures:For use with the small Lékué Steamer Case.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients (except the fruit and icing sugar) together with a whisk.
Dice the apple and pear and gently fold into the mixture.
Pour mixture into steam case. Close and cook in microwave for 2 minutes 30 seconds at maximum power (800W).
Make sure the cake is cooked by inserting a toothpick into it: if it comes out clean, it’s ready; if it doesn’t, cook for another few seconds or leave it to rest with the lids closed.
Turn the cake out, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
