Rice with Beef Strips

Serves: Serves 1


  • 1 cup rice
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 oz. beef strips
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • 1/8 cup string beans, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Chives
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper


For use with the small Lékué Steamer Case

Cut the beef and beans into strips, and chop the chives.

Put all of the ingredients into the steam case and close the lids. Cook in the microwave for 10 minutes on maximum power (800W).

Remove the case from the microwave, cool for 2 minutes and serve.
