- 6¾ ounces espresso
- 5 ounces milk
- 2 tablespoons Irish whiskey cream liqueur e.g. Baileys
- 1 to 2 teaspoons sugar, optional
- 4 large scoops vanilla ice cream
Procedures:Irish cream liqueur adds a bold touch to this blended espresso drink.
Place the coffee, milk, liqueur and sugar in a blender. Add the ice cream and blend at speed one for 10 seconds. Increase to maximum and blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 large glasses and serve immediately.
