- 6.75 ounces (200ml) espresso
- 5 ounces (150ml) milk
- 2 tbs. (30ml) Irish whiskey cream liqueur e.g. Baileys
- 1–2 tsps. (5–10ml) sugar, optional
- 4 large scoops vanilla ice cream
Procedures:Place the coffee, milk, liqueur and sugar in a blender. Add the ice cream and blend at speed one for 10 seconds. Increase to maximum and blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 large glasses and serve immediately.
