- 9 ounces artichokes packed in oil
- ½ cup feta, crumbled, or more to taste
- 1–2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 2 teaspoons water
- ½ cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, cut into bite sized pieces, plus more for garnish
- ½ cup basil leaves, torn
- Freshly ground pepper

In the bowl of the Kenwood Multipro Food Processor, combine artichokes, feta, garlic, lemon, sun-dried tomatoes, basil and water. Using the processor’s chopper blade, blend until smooth.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Transfer dip to a bowl and serve with pita chips, French bread or tortilla chips.
