Sun Dried Tomatoes and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  • 9 ounces artichokes packed in oil
  • ½ cup feta, crumbled, or more to taste
  • 1–2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • ½ cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, cut into bite sized pieces, plus more for garnish
  • ½ cup basil leaves, torn
  • Freshly ground pepper


Procedures:

For use with the Kenwood Multipro Food Processor.

Tools: Chopper Blade.

Tear up a loaf of fresh bread or some crispy pita chips and dip away into this savory, tomato-y twist on artichoke dip.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

In the bowl of the Kenwood Multipro Food Processor, combine artichokes, feta, garlic, lemon, sun-dried tomatoes, basil and water. Using the processor’s chopper blade, blend until smooth.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Transfer dip to a bowl and serve with pita chips, French bread or tortilla chips.
