Serves: Makes two drinks
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sur La Table Prickly Pear & Raspberry Margarita Mix, very cold
- ½ pint (or 1 generous cup) fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 fresh mint leaves (removed from sprig)
- 1 cup ice cubes or 1 scoop vanilla ice cream or frozen vanilla yogurt
- Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
Procedures:
Blend margarita mix, raspberries, sugar, mint leaves and ¼ cup water in blender until smooth. Add ice cubes or ice cream or frozen yogurt. Blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses. Serve garnished with a mint sprig.
