Its commercial-grade precision steel burrs can be calibrated for thirty-nine different grind settings and it can automatically dose in 7-gram amounts—perfect for a single espresso shot. Simply pull the lever once for a single espresso and twice for a double, or pre-measure a custom amount of coffee (up to 10 oz. of coffee can be placed in the hopper).
