| The Lodge Manufacturing Company is America’s oldest family-owned cookware manufacturer. They have been producing legendary cast iron cookware in their Tennessee foundry for over a century. Lodge Logic is their latest product, a collection of seasoned, ready-to-use cast iron cookware. Lodge coats the entire surface of the cookware with a proprietary vegetable oil formula and bakes the oil onto the utensil in very hot industrial ovens. The high temperature allows the oil to penetrate deeply into the cast iron surface, creating the prized finish it can take cooks great time and effort to achieve. |
