Amazingly lightweight and perfectly balanced, these chef’s knives carry a thin blade constructed from MBS-26 stainless steel, making them exceptionally hard yet flexible. The asymmetrical cutting edges are ground 80% on the right side of the blade and 20% on the left, giving the blades thinner, sharper edges. These tapered-style edges take pressure off ingredients, for a perfect finished cut. The blades are then polished to a mirror finish. The incredibly smooth and rounded European-style composition handles have a sophisticated look and last much longer than wood handles. As the most popular kitchen knives, these all-purpose chef’s knives are used for a variety of cutting tasks, such as chopping, slicing, dicing and mincing. Made in Japan.
