Amazingly lightweight and perfectly balanced, these slicing knives carry thin blades constructed from MBS-26 stainless steel, making them exceptionally hard yet flexible. The asymmetrical cutting edges are ground 80% on the right side of the blade and 20% on the left, giving the blades a thinner, sharper edge. These tapered-style edges take pressure off ingredients, for a perfect finished cut. The blades are then polished to a mirror finish. The incredibly smooth and rounded European-style composition handles have a sophisticated look and last much longer than wood handles. Use these knives for slicing cleanly through meats and fish without sticking. Made in Japan.
