For years, Mauviel has stood for excellence in copper cookware. In this versatile 90% copper and 10% stainless steel set, the fast and even heat conduction of copper meets a non-reactive 18/10 stainless steel interior for a lifetime of unmatched performance.

Since copper heats up and cools down very quickly, it’s simple to control cooking temperatures. The stainless-steel interiors are easy to clean and have a high resistance to corrosion. Comes with stay-cool, ergonomic handles attached with sturdy stainless-steel rivets. Safe for gas, electric and halogen cooktops, set is also oven and broiler safe.
