Vita-Mix Flaxseed Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana or fruit of choice
- 2 oz. / 60 ml yogurt or tofu
- 1 to 2 tablespoon concentrated fruit juice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 oz. / 90 ml soy milk
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- dash cinnamon or mace
Procedure
Blend all together until creamy smooth.
